Execuserve's search consultants have interviewed thousands of job candidates.

Our specialty is behavioral interviewing. In fact, we developed the Hire-Intelligence behavioral assessment to probe candidates for behavioral issues. The software then generates a set of behavioral interview guide questions customized to each candidate. Over the years we have trained many clients to use the Hire-Intelligence behavioral interview guide to gain extraordinary insight into how well job candidates will fit into a job.

Saving money and resources is crucial in today's economy. At Execuserve, we have utilized technology to develop an entirely innovative way to assist managers with selecting candidates whom they wish to interview. In doing so, we also help them save their organizations time and money.

How do we do it?

  • First, we interview and video the hiring manager and show the video of the hiring manager to the candidate. We also interview and video the candidate using the Interview Guide generated by Hire-Intelligence.
  • Second, we send the Hiring Manager approximately 8 videos with pertinent areas highlighted. This allows the hiring manager to review the candidates by video within an hour, deciding which candidates should be brought in for an interview.
  • Third, the Hiring Manager saves time and money by only interviewing those candidates in whom there was true interest, based on real information.
