Corporate History

Execuserve was founded in 1987 as a search/services firm dedicated to helping clients increase revenue and decrease attrition by making smart hiring decisions. From the start, Execuserve differentiated itself from other search firms by using a detailed process model, along with profiling and reporting tools to evaluate candidates and employees from a behavioral perspective.

It is this depth of experience that provided the basis for Hire-Intelligence, a revolutionary online behavioral assessment tool, and our proprietary video interviewing services.

Company Leadership

Tom Eley, President & CEO
Mr. Eley has over 30 years of sales and management experience, having served as Vice President and General Manager of European Operations of Paradyne Corporation and Vice President of U.S. Sales for MDSI, a Schlumberger Company. Prior to this, Mr. Eley held various sales management positions with IBM and Control Data Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the College of William and Mary and is a graduate of the IBM Systems Research Institute.

Robin Rennockl, VP of Sales & Business Development
Ms. Rennockl has 20 year's sales and management experience in the computer software industry. Prior to joining Execuserve, Ms. Rennockl served as Southeast Area Director for SkillSoft, a leading e-learning provider. Additionally, she held various management and sales positions for industry leaders, including Smartforce (formally CBT Systems), Wave Technologies (now owned by Thompson Publishing) and NETG. Ms. Rennockl majored in International Business and Psychology at the American College of Switzerland in Leysin, Vaudiouse, Switzerland.

Justin Dalton, Technical Success Manager
Mr. Dalton has an extensive background in the technology industry with over a decade of experience in network administration and web development. Most recently Mr. Dalton worked as the Director of Research and Product Development at TBI, ltd a mid-tier ISP in Virginia. Mr. Dalton majored in Information Systems at Christopher Newport University.
